Growing up as a competitive swimmer, Carter has held a love for fitness and working out since a young age. As she progressed into her early twenties, she switched gears to focus on training for and competing in major swimming and paddleboarding events. She soon learned that it was not in competing, but in helping others in their own health and fitness journeys, that Carter found the most joy. She’s also begun implementing education about mental health and nutrition into her repertoire to help her clients become the best versions of themselves—inside and out. Carter loves the connection between fitness and life—how the things we learn in the gym help make us stronger in our personal and professional lives.
On her “off” time, you’ll likely find Carter prioritizing her own physical and spiritual health. She is member of CrossFit, loves paddleboarding (both prone and SUP), surfs regularly, and is an active member of her church. Amidst her usually healthy diet (her favorite dish is an egg scramble with spinach, onion, garlic, peppers and topped with salsa, avocado, and cilantro) she is also known to treat herself to her favorite Coconut Bliss ice cream.
