Spin

A fun, heart-pumping workout on professional Keiser spin bikes. Follow one of our certified instructors over the flats, up steep climbs, and through rolling hills. Students will be motivated by great music, hand selected for each ride, every step of the way. Spinning is perfect for everyone since the rider controls the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for them. Beginners are welcome, as the instructor will assist and guide where needed. Workout details: 120 max rpm, lower intensity hills with higher intensity intervals.
