CLASSES

  • Body Burn - your heart rate will be up and you will feel the burn! 3-5 exercises per set and each set will have some form of cardio acceleration where the heart rate will get elevated quickly
  • Get your workout in without having to do high impact exercises like burpees! It’s a great full-body workout with an emphasis on balance and core strength. This is a low impact class which combines the small moves of ballet and core work of pilates. Strength training is added, using a light weight and high repetition.
  • Get ready to build strength, endurance and feel great with some circuit training using dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and the TRX! This class features a combination of strength and cardio inspired exercises and is guaranteed to generate some serious caloric burn. All levels welcome.
  • This class program was designed specifically for high school girls by CFC coach and trainer Carter Graves. Carter uses her own experiences in sport, fitness, and life to motivate and encourage girls to engineer their passion and connect this to health and fitness. Carter includes both a workout and a workshop into each one of her classes. The workout portion introduces the girls to a variety of workout styles including spin, bootcamp, and TRX. The workshop part of her class focuses on practical applications in topics such as goal setting, nutrition, and mental health. This class is available for a limited time.
  • Get ready for a highly effective, high energy workout. Designed to burn max calories with multiple circuits of cardio and strength. Intense indoor cycling drills will get your heart pumping and the strength circuits will tone your entire body. Using the MyZone Heart rate monitor, you'll have access to relevant effort-based data to help push your limits and reach new heights.

  • Did you workout all week and race on to your next item on your to-do list without stretching? Does leaning over to pick something off the floor hurt? If so, pay attention: we're talking to you! Stretching is an important, and often times neglected, part of keeping that healthy lifestyle we all strive for. Come join us for a new stretch class to kick off your week the right way.
  • TRX suspension training is a body weight exercise which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at once. Instructors typically add dumbbell work, glute exercises or cardio in between sets for an added calorie burn and extra toning.
  • Mixed-level flow yoga, focusing on releasing tension and enhancing mental clarity. Free your spine, build your core. Beginners welcome.
  • Step away from the frenetic activity of daily life and go inward. Among many things, restorative yoga can give you a sense of peace and calm in a busy world. Restorative yoga is great if you are recovering from an injury or just want to relax and slow down. The fast pace of life can take its toll on both your mind and body. Slowing down, breathing and paying attention to your body can do wonders for your mental and physical health.
  • Mixed-levels vinyasa yoga flow focusing on pairing breath with movement to increase strength and flexibility. Beginners welcome.
  • Every class will begin with SUN A and SUN B flow series, expect to dive into the depth of certain postures and explore the range of motion that is given with verbal adjustments. Class is designed to challenge the participant to focus inner focus and strength while working on certain muscle groups.
  • Zumba® is a perfect workout for everybody and every body! This fitness class combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility all while rocking out to both low- and high-intensity Latin, World, and Pop rhythms.
