Cassandra is a certified personal trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She graduated Lasell College in Boston, MA with a bachelors degree in Athletic Training. With a background in sports medicine she specializes in injury prevention, rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. Her passion for health and wellness brought her to California to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
Jeff is a Certified Personal Trainer through N.E.S.T.A. For Jeff, fitness has always been a way of life. After playing basketball, football, and track in High School he went on to play college football and rugby at California Lutheran University, while earning his B.A. in Communications. After graduating, Jeff bounced around numerous jobs before finding his true passion of helping individuals achieve greatness through fitness.
Amy Bosworth is a Certified Personal Trainer through American College of Sports Medicine. It wasn’t until after having three kids that she realized how important physical fitness is. She was overweight and not as physically fit as she would like to be so she decided make a change- she changed her eating habits and started a workout program—this is when she fell in love with exercising (yep- seriously!).
