For Eva, a passion for fitness stemmed from witnessing the effects of a life without it. After watching helplessly as her parents lost their quality of life because they were over 300 lbs each, she decided she wanted to teach the world to get in shape. Her motto became “just keep moving—If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.”

And while that kick-started her career into fitness, she continues to share her passion with others, for so many reasons. After being injured in a car accident in 2011, Eva thought her fitness days might be over. “I just couldn’t work out the way I used to.” So she turned to Power Yoga, which she says, “changed her life.”

Though she had been intimidated by yoga for years (She was NOT flexible), a friend told her, “it’s called yoga practice, because it’s never perfect.”

In this lower-impact method, she realized she could do cardio, strength training and stretching—without further injury to her back. She eventually became stronger, leaner, and her mind felt better than ever. Now, she uses her first-hand experiences to help her clients work their way back.
