If you ask Sophia about yoga, she’ll tell you that it’s not just about physical exercise, but that it can—and should be—life-changing. For her, yoga has profoundly impacted her life, and so she takes great pride in sharing the practice with others.

In addition to the classes that she teaches at CFC, Sophia practices typically 20 times a week throughout San Diego. When she’s not practicing yoga, Sophia enjoys hiking—especially trails with scenic vistas for meditation. While her go-to healthy meal is typically anything vegetarian with a runny egg on top, but when she’s feeling indulgent, ice cream is her guilty pleasure.
