Magic Taylor
As a Trainer, I have over 30 years of fitness experience. I have run various gyms in the San Diego area as well as competed in "All Natural" body-building shows since 1990. I enjoy training people of all ages and especially enjoy helping seniors and moms reconnect to their bodies and keeping their bodies in good health. In my free time, I enjoy playing and competing in Coronado golf tournaments and leagues. I have put together a fitness program consisting of light cable and dumbbell work as well as stretching to help you feel better and improve your golf as you age. My motto is, "As long as you can breathe and walk on your own, you need to take control of your body." |

Leah Berzon
Leah moved to San Diego from the East Coast in 2002 after completing her B.A. in Psychology. She is an avid fitness enthusiast, who discovered Yoga "accidentally." One day she attended a class to try something new, and was immediately humbled by the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual complexity of Yoga. The very next month she enrolled in the teacher training program at Corepower Yoga and completed her 200 hours of training within 70 days. The following month she enrolled at the University of Santa Monica where she studied Spiritual Psychology, eager to deepen her knowledge of the mind-body connection. "My approach to what it means to be 'fit' was completely transformed when I found Yoga. Spiritual, mental, and emotional fitness bear just as much weight in our lives, and is often neglected due to overemphasis on our physical bodies. I have learned that it is the vitality of our mind-body connection that blesses us with TRUE fitness, from the inside out. Yoga has allowed me to explore life from a brand new set of eyes, and reinvent myself, time and time again."
Now, Leah loves connecting, sharing, and growing with the Yoga community (both as a teacher and forever-student) through teaching invigorating Flow classes, which emphasize breath-synchronized movement and body alignment-mindfulness. The fluidity of the postures powered by conscious breathing streamline together to create a challenging yet meditative dance, systematically working the entire body by enhancing muscle tone, endurance, balance, and flexibility. Her classes are infused with eclectic music, uniquely inspired choreography, and restorative movement to help you access and develop an internal calm, energized body, and your own personal enlightenment on the mat. |
