Yoga (Vinyasa)

Offers a full-body practice in this level 2 yoga class. Class opens with a grounding warm-up sequence to prepare for the main event, an invigorating full-body yoga flow.  The practice adds strengthening and/or balancing peak poses or explores interesting transitions. Your hard work is rewarded with a cool-down sequence landing in savasana, a state of total relaxation to integrate peace and calm for body and mind.

Awaken strength and length in this class with fluid movement and music.  We match our breath to an intentional sequence to open and explore our bodies.  Expect sun salutations and warrior series, twists, and core work with variations to keep it fresh  Use large muscle groups to build heat and add tone while focusing on one breath at a time.  Settle into a deep relaxation after all the effort, connecting with the calm within.  Class temp 80℉.
