A powerful, challenging series of warming yoga flow movements that transition into high-repetition, lower-weight strength work and bursts of heart-pumping cardio sequences. The Studio is heated to between 80-90 degrees for enhanced flexibility and heart rate.

Using an individual barre, light weights, and equipment like Pilates balls and resistance bands, barre incorporates high repetition pulsating movements to fatigue the muscles in an entirely unique way.

Strength work that fatigues the muscles by utilizing a combination of high repetition and lower weights and bursts of heart-pumping cardio sequences. The Studio is heated to between 80-90 degrees for enhanced flexibility and heart rate.

Challenge your cardiovascular endurance and fitness with this 45 minute indoor bike ride. High energy music and heart-pumping drills will keep you engaged and working hard the whole time.

A challenge to your cardiovascular endurance and fitness with 35 minutes of powerful indoor cycling set to high energy music, followed by a sumptuous 15 minute stretching session our bodies are always craving.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) helps boost fitness through challenging, heart- pumping interval bursts followed by brief recovery periods, moving in a circuit throughout the room and working with everything from dumbbells to treadmills to ski ergs to rowers to bodyweight.

Offered on Sunday mornings, restorative stretch is a beautiful way to rejuvenate and reset. The class guides you through long, gentle stretches, breathwork, and meditation for resting and grounding.

A series of vinyasa flows designed to increase blood flow, flexibility, and a sense of grounded calm in the body. The studio is heated to 80-90 degrees to enhance flexibility and cardiovascular benefits.
